Dual-Diameter and Multiple-Diameter Pigs

Enduro has developed a new slotted cup and slotted disc designed for pigging dual diameter and multiple diameter pipelines. The special sized cups and disc have proven to minimize by-pass and provide a near constant seal in dual diameter and multiple diameter pipelines. Specially designed pigs can be manufactured to accommodate brushes and/or magnets for pipelines as small as 3" X 4" with 1.5D bends.

Orbit Valve Dual Diameter

This is a special design used in dual-diameter lines having the added challenge of an oversized extra long valve bowl. This tandem two sectioned pig is designed to seal in both 6 inch and 8 inch line sizes, the from section carries four sets of sealing disc and a bush assembly for the smaller line size to be pigged. The rear section carries four sets of sealing disc cast with flexible brush elements; this assembly will wire brush both the smaller and larger pipe sizes. Note the second section also carries a central magnet assembly for the removal of ferrous materials. This configuration is available for lines of 4 x 6, 6 x 8, 8 x 10, 10 x 12 and 12 x 14. Special configurations are also available for lines with more than one size difference.

Standard Dual Diameter

Our standard model dual diameter pig is available for lines 16 inches and up. Size variables achieved range all the way to a 36 x 48 inch tool. The special brush assembly used here will maintain a smooth flat surface in all line sizes passed and provide a constant brush pressure throughout the ranges. De-waxing scrapers are also available on tool from size 16 inches and up.

Multiple Diameter Displacement Pig

Designed for longer distance requirements of multi-diameter pigging needs, this tool provides cleaning action along with extremely good wear ability. Design may be varied to specific line needs; i.e. bend radius requirement, valve bowl lengths etc.
