MFL ILI Data Analysts Level II & III

The Opportunity

Enduro Pipeline Services is a leader in the Pipeline Inspection Industry providing integrity solutions for the pipeline community in North America and the world.

Our specialty services include advanced intelligent in-line MFL inspection incorporating multiple high-definition technology-based tools, caliper surveys, GIS solutions and various pipeline cleaning tools.  As a result of our continued organic growth, we are expanding our ILI data analysis capacity and seeking full-time permanent Data Analyst(s) to join our team in Calgary, Alberta.

Position Summary

As a fast paced, customer focused role, the position requires attention to detail in the analysis of in-line inspection (ILI) tool data sets.  Utilizing proprietary data analysis software tools, you will evaluate and interpret information recorded from the various in-line inspection tools.  Once your analysis is complete, you will prepare and QA Final Reports in addition to providing continued internal and external Client support.  This is a full time, permanent position located in Calgary, AB, Canada.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform preliminary analysis of in-line inspection tool data for acceptance.
  • Perform detailed analysis of in-line inspection tool data.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret Client specifications and deliverables.
  • Perform standard and complex analysis.
  • Prepare final reports.
  • Perform relevant QA functions including reviews and troubleshooting 3rd party information.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise Analyst trainees, Level I, Level II, and other Level III.
  • Communicate methods, findings, and hypotheses with stakeholders.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate is required.
  • 3 -5 years minimum experience with ILI Data Analysis.
  • Achievement of ASNI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2017 - Level II / III Data Analyst.
    • Supporting documentation should include:
      • Training Records
      • Vision Testing ( Ishihara: Color Blindness, Jaeger: Near Vision Acuity ).
  • Excellent computer and software skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify third party information which may be incorrect and/or contradictory.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Self-motivated, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
